Mylnk Terms & Conditions

1. Our Platform

Mylnk ("we," "our," or "us") provides a content-sharing platform available at https://mylnk.top. You may access Mylnk to create a profile, add links, connect with your audience, and (if applicable) monetize your content.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. By continuing to use Mylnk after updates, you agree to the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account on Mylnk, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years old
• •Provide accurate and complete information
• •Keep your login credentials secure
• •Not use bots, scripts, or automated methods to register or access accounts

If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

4. Usernames

When choosing a username, it must not:

• •Impersonate individuals or brands (e.g. "cocacola")
• •Infringe on intellectual property
• •Be offensive or misleading

We may reclaim or reassign usernames that violate these rules or remain inactive for 6+ months.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Mylnk offers both free and paid plans:

• •Paid plans auto-renew monthly or annually
• •Subscriptions are billed in advance
• •You can cancel anytime via your billing dashboard
• •Payments are non-refundable. In rare cases, we may approve refunds requested within 72 hours
• •Mobile store subscriptions (Apple/Google) must be canceled through those stores

6. Your Content

You're responsible for any content you post on Mylnk:

• •It must be yours or used with permission
• •It must not mislead, harm, or break the law
• •It must not include malicious code or unauthorized ads

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Use of Your Content

By posting content on Mylnk, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• •Use, display, modify, promote, and share your content
• •Feature your name, image, or likeness in marketing

You still own your content, but we may use it to promote Mylnk.

8. Visitors & Customer Interactions

You are responsible for:

• •Interactions with your visitors and followers
• •Complying with data collection laws (e.g. email consents)
• •Delivering accurate, legal product/service info if you sell anything

Mylnk is not liable for issues arising from your external interactions.

9. Monetization & Payouts

If you use Mylnk to sell or earn money:

• •You must connect a verified payout provider (e.g. Stripe)
• •You're the seller of record and responsible for customer service, refunds, and taxes
• •We may charge a platform fee or commission
• •You must follow all payout provider terms and legal requirements
• •We can revoke monetization access for violations

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, downgrade, or terminate your account if:

• •You violate these Terms or the law
• •You fail to pay on time
• •Your account is inactive for 6+ months

No refunds will be given for terminated or downgraded accounts.

11. Feedback & Beta Features

If you provide suggestions or test beta features, we may use your feedback freely. Beta features are experimental and may not be reliable.

12. Platform Ownership & Restrictions

We own all rights to the platform, branding, and technology. You may not:

• •Copy, reverse-engineer, or clone Mylnk
• •Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized scripts

You get a limited, revocable license to use Mylnk.

13. Fees, Transactions & Refunds

• •Paid subscriptions are billed in advance
• •Transaction and processing fees may apply
• •Stripe or other third-party fees are separate from Mylnk
• •You're responsible for all fees tied to your use of the platform

14. Taxes

• •You're responsible for all taxes on your earnings and purchases
• •Subscription invoices may include applicable sales or VAT taxes
• •We may withhold taxes from payouts if required by law

15. Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy. By using Mylnk, you consent to how we handle personal data. We own data and analytics generated from platform usage and may use it to improve the service.

16. Open Source

Some features may use open-source software governed by their own licenses. These terms apply only where not overridden by those licenses.

17. Third-Party Tools & Services

Mylnk may integrate with or link to third-party services. We don't control or endorse them. You're responsible for reviewing and complying with their terms.

18. Limitation of Liability

Mylnk is provided "as is." We are not responsible for:

• •Platform downtime or outages
• •Lost income, traffic, or indirect damages

Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior (max $120 USD).

19. Governing Law & Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Canadian courts.

These Terms (plus our Privacy Policy) form the entire agreement between you and Mylnk. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remain valid. Nothing here creates a partnership or agency between you and Mylnk.
